UNICA is an arm wrapping machine composed of as many as five patents, designed to improve the efficiency of end-of-line departments, in terms of saving time and resources, while moreover increasing the quality of wrapping.
PRE-STRETCHING CARRIAGE MOD. TPS
UNICA is equipped with an advanced control system that uses the motor to adjust the tension and dispensing speed of the stretch film. This means there is no need to use a dancing roller, resulting in a 50% reduction in wear and tear components.
CONTACTLESS SYSTEM
Stretch film is cut by a contactless hot wire. With this contactless cutting technology, our wrapper provides greater efficiency, accuracy and reduces the need for maintenance.
QUICK FILM INSERTION (Q.F.I.)
Inserting stretch film into the pre-stretch carriage is made less complex with our simplified insertion system. This means that the pre-stretch carriage can be quickly and easily loaded with the film, minimizing the time needed for machine preparation.
